Power use outdoor application, even wet.

Suitable for fixed installations at open air, in tube or canals and underground.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Conductor:

Compacted Round conductor class 2

2. Insulation:

Extruded inner semi conductive layer, XLPE insulation and  extruded outer semi conductive layer + Semi-conductive tape

3. Metallic screen layer:

Copper wires with open helix copper tape on each core

4. Assembling:

Conductors are laid up with non-hygroscopic fillers

5. Outer sheath:

Low Temperature PVC, Red or as per customer requirement

6. Marking:

By Inkjet

7. Packing:

Drums can be wooden or steel

TEST AT WORKS according to IEC 60502-2

Liban Cables will carry out these tests on all the lengths and tests certificates will be provided

- Hot Set Test for XLPE insulation according to IEC 60502-2 parag. 17.10

                                                                       

These tests will be carried out on one length of each size during each inspection .
